Jelena Žovnikova is a seasoned business and financial advisor, trainer, and mentor with over 20 years of experience. She has empowered 1,000+ entrepreneurs, startups, creatives, and NGOs to optimize business models, plan finances, and accelerate growth. Formerly with international consulting firms, Jelena now leads her own company, serves on the board of the Baltic largest rewards-based crowdfunding platform Hooandja, pursues research as a PhD student at Estonian Business School, and is active in Startup Estonia’s regional development group.
