During the kick-off event, mentors will help you choose your digitalization goals for the program. Then, throughout the two-month mentorship period, you'll receive guidance on how to implement these goals.

13:00-14:00: Workshop: How to choose the most relevant processes for digitalization and prepare a digitalization plan?
14:00 - 16:00: Work on your projects: determination of most critical processes and goals fordigitalization, preparation of digitalization plans, consultations with mentors
16:00 - 16:15: Coffee break
16:15 - 18:00: Final presentations byparticipants: progress achieved during the day and plans for the mentoring program; mentors’feedback
NB! During the hackathon, onboarding to Discord will be done + all the teams will need toupload their plans to their Discord channels.
